Order & Delivery

All shoes of DORATORE are made-to-order items.
When the order is confirmed, the production will start in the customer's name from then on.
- Production period : 14-16 days
- Delivery period via EMS: 3-7 days depending on the countries (It may take longer depending on the countries' customs policy.)
- Tracking information : After the shipping, we will offer the tracking number and the customer can track the items on the following EMS site or the mail that shipping is started.

Wash & Care

Use a soft brush to remove any dust or dirt from the shoe surface.
Dry in shade as direct sunlight may damage leather/faux leather.
Due to the poor color fastness of leather, discoloration may occur after cleaning.
The product’s flexibility, color fastness, and unique look may change after cleaning.
Notes

- DORATORE's products guarantee the quality of the products for six months according to the consumer damage compensation regulations.
- For products that have passed the warranty period, actual expenses will be charged according to repair availability.
- In case of defects caused by negligence of the consumer, it is excluded from compensation.
